Print Quality and Delivery
The print is produced on Hahnemühle Photo Rag® Ultra Smooth, a high-quality, exceptionally smooth, and silky FineArt paper weighing 305 g/m². Made from 100% cotton, it features a subtle, fine surface texture with a silky feel. Its premium matte ink-receptive coating guarantees outstanding printing results with impressive color accuracy, detail, and deep blacks.
Upon request, the poster can also be printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag® (308 g/m²). Crafted from 100% cotton, it offers a smooth matte surface and precise image reproduction, making it perfect for those who want a premium, fine-art look that captures every detail.
All prints are created and printed to the highest quality standards. However, please note that the colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to different monitor settings.
Sustainability and Handling
Our production, packaging, and shipping are carbon neutral and sustainable. Your order is shipped in a robust, 100% sustainably sourced, recyclable cardboard envelope or tube. Please be careful when unrolling. Lay the print on a clean, flat, and hard surface (like a table), then carefully place something heavy on each corner and in the middle to weigh it down—books work particularly well. Leave it for 24 hours. Note that matte print surfaces are sensitive and can scratch easily if not handled with care.
Taxes / Customs Duties
Any customs duties or locally assessed taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Packages may be held at the border for inspection or other reasons, which can delay delivery.
Shipping and Handling
The poster is hand-printed in a limited edition (only 9 pieces exist) on certified fine art paper, so production and delivery can take up to 2 weeks. If you need it faster, please let us know at hello@kvetcch.online.
We strive to ensure your prints arrive in perfect condition. However, we are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged print, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees and/or international taxes will apply. Please verify your shipping address carefully when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for misdelivered items due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided at the time of order.
Intellectual Property
All prints and images on this website are the intellectual property of kvetch.online and the respective artists. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any images is strictly prohibited.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the print is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at hello@kvetcch.online, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We require written notification and photo documentation of any damages within 30 days of receiving the item. After 30 days, we will no longer replace the item.
Damaged photographic prints purchased through kvetch.online are eligible for replacement. Damaged or incorrect prints must be returned to our studio for replacement.
